Job Purpose
The Region Staff Recruiter is responsible for managing and executing comprehensive recruitment strategies across multiple locations and levels, including field-level staff, maintenance, and management roles. This position involves proactively sourcing candidates, fostering relationships with hiring managers and community partners, and optimizing recruitment and hiring processes to meet organizational needs.

$75,000 - $90,000 based on experience.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various positions across multiple locations and organizational levels.
Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs, assess hiring strategies, and ensure successful recruitment outcomes.
Proactively build and maintain diverse candidate pipelines through job boards, social media, community outreach, networking, and sourcing methods.
Establish and maintain partnerships with community organizations, schools, military bases, and other external groups to enhance the recruitment process.
Provide exceptional candidate experience through consistent communication and support throughout the recruitment process.
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, offer negotiation, pre-employment background checks, and onboarding
Regularly track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) and recruitment metrics such as candidate flow, source effectiveness, and time-to-fill.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
2+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, with experience in corporate, agency, or military recruitment a plus.
Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on relationship-building and customer service.
Strong analytical skills to assess sourcing strategies and make data-driven improvements.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of integrity and confidentiality.
Minimal travel as needed for training, team meetings, job fairs, recruiting events, and community engagement.
