Now Hiring Location Onboarding Ambassador
At First Student, Location Onboarding Ambassador are an essential part of our team. They create a smooth running environment to assist the location employees, location managers, and drivers. As an Ambassador your major responsibilities will be to:

  • Contact new applicants with in 24 hours of application submission
  • Be the contact person for applicants and new hires
  • Monitor and ensure attendance during training
  • Keep candidates engaged through the application and hiring process
  • Report pipeline updates to invested parties

Requirements of an Ambassador:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in HR, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
  • Knowledge of the transportation/logistics industry is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive and able to anticipate needs and potential issues.
  • Positive representation of the brand, demonstrating problem-solving and relationship-building skills
  • Regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
