Janitorial Floater (Full-Time)

Company: ESS Clean

ESS Clean is seeking a dependable and motivated Janitorial Floater to join our team. This full-time position supports multiple cleaning locations and requires flexibility, reliability, and strong attention to detail.

Schedule

• Full-Time
• Monday–Friday
• Hours: 5:00 PM – 1:30 AM

Responsibilities

• Perform general janitorial and commercial cleaning duties
• Vacuum, mop, dust, sanitize, and restock supplies
• Clean restrooms, break rooms, offices, and common areas
• Travel between assigned locations as needed
• Follow company safety and cleaning procedures
• Maintain professional communication with supervisors and clients

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
• Ability to pass a physical examination
• Ability to pass a drug screening
• Employment History Report (EHR) required
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
• Previous janitorial experience preferred, but not required
