Job Title: Full-Time Janitorial Floater/Floor Tech – 2nd Shift
Location: Champaign/Urbana, IL
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00 PM – 1:30 AM
Pay: Starting at $16/hour, with raise potential after 90 days

ESS Clean is hiring a dependable, detail-oriented Janitorial Floater/Floor Tech to join our 2nd shift team. This full-time position helps maintain clean, safe, and professional environments at various client sites across the Champaign/Urbana area.

As a floater, each shift will vary. You’ll cover open positions, help with new accounts, and support locations when regular staff are off. Sites include offices, banks, medical facilities, and light industrial buildings.

Key Responsibilities:

• General cleaning: dusting, disinfecting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal
• Restroom cleaning and sanitizing
• Use of janitorial equipment (vacuums, buffers, floor scrubbers, carpet extractors)
• Travel between job sites as needed throughout the shift

What We’re Looking For:

• Reliable and self-motivated individuals who can work independently
• Strong attendance and work history
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check, drug/alcohol screening, and physical
