Full Job Description
Elite ICT is a Central Illinois based Tower Telecom seeking skilled Civil Foreman to run a crew. Working as a team of 2-3 the crew will complete the civil construction portion of wireless cell tower construction including pouring concrete slabs, clearing access roads, and grading.
The Civil Foreman demonstrates ability to perform all essential job duties and is responsible for training and directing Crew Members on the performance of such skills. The Civil Foreman communicates daily with respective project manager regarding project progression and crew performance. This individual shall at all times uphold the foundational goals of Elite ICT.

Responsibilities:
- Direct crew by ensuring all work meets standards, both in scheduling and job specifications
- Direct crew in maximizing time spent on critical job functions
- Operate trucks, trailers, and other equipment with ease
- Operate hand and power tools with ease
- Lay out cell tower sites, electrical, and telecommunications infrastructure
- Install and wire telecommunications equipment, installing breakers, making terminations
- Trenching, laying fiber and conduit
- Pour concrete pads, piers, pylons, block wall foundations, excavations, layout, forming, rebar placing and finishing
- Set and install pre-fabricated equipment buildings
- Install light industrial steel, i.e. h-frames, light posts
Qualifications/ Job Requirements
- Class A CDL - heavily preferred
- Previous construction and/or construction industry experience preferred
- Professional presentation by speech and in appearance
- Ability to travel
- Ability to operate machinery such as backhoes, mini excavators, and skid steers
- Ability to read blueprints
- Practice safe working procedures in compliance with OSHA regulation
- Ability to read and understand general job related documents
Offers are contingent upon drug test, background check, and MVR screens.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
