This position carries direct responsibility for the work activities of the staff assigned to them to ensure the provision and maintenance of the cleanliness and appearance of all hospital facilities. This position interacts with housekeeping personnel and assists with the work.

Assists in the scheduling, training, and orientation of employees and all floor work. Assists with payroll functions for the department. Communicates all department activities to the Manager. Conducts regular quality inspections. Monitors hospital and other areas throughout the hospital complex on a daily basis. Interacts with department personnel to ensure that standards of cleanliness are developed and maintained.

The compensation range for this position is $22.61per hour - $37.76per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
