Overview

This role exists to support Stratum's growing operational workload while developing future healthcare administration talent aligned with the company's mission and model. It contributes by creating near‑term leverage for the team and long‑term value through pipeline development.

Responsibilities

Support operations and client initiatives by assisting with day-to-day administrative, analytical, and coordination tasks tied to active projects.
Support cross-functional collaboration by coordinating with team members across strategy, operations, finance, and analytics.
Participate in internal and client meetings.
Demonstrate initiative by identifying opportunities to add value, improve tools, or streamline recurring tasks.
Represent Stratum professionally during virtual interactions and any in-person travel or client engagement.
Support Stratum’s independent physician group strategy work Assist with preparation and follow‑up for Stratum‑led meetings or client working sessions Contribute to internal thought leadership by helping compile industry insights, peer comparisons, or operational snapshots

Salary Range

The compensation range for this position is $18.58per hour - $30.1per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
