Are you ready to take the next step in your nursing career and make a real difference? Our Oral Surgery team is searching for compassionate, innovative, versatile, and highly skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) who are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care. We believe that embracing diversity and fostering collaboration is essential to our success, and we invite you to join a team where your unique skills and perspectives are truly valued.
As a member of our cohesive Oral Surgery team, you’ll play a vital role in caring for a diverse patient population, including individuals with head and neck cancer, trauma injuries, cleft palate, dental extractions, implants, and more. Your expertise will be crucial, especially as you administer moderate sedation under provider orders and closely monitor patient status during procedural sedation. Beyond these clinical responsibilities, you’ll also be actively involved in patient education, triage, and care coordination, all of which contribute to outstanding patient outcomes.
Oral Surgery at our Magnet-designated facility—recognized as one of America’s 50 Best—offers a wealth of opportunities for personal and professional growth. You’ll be working in an environment that utilizes evidence-based practice to maintain the high standards of the Carle Health System. Here, you can count on a supportive atmosphere that encourages learning, growth, and a true sense of belonging.
If you’re dedicated to patient-focused care, effective communication, professionalism, and teamwork, we would love for you to become a key part of our Oral Surgery family. Come join us and experience firsthand what it means to be part of a team that truly cares.
We look forward to welcoming you!
