Overview
Responsibilities
- Maintains software systems and supporting/training sites for the facilities division
- Partners with software success managers for updates and collaboration on software
- Oversees and conducts trainings
- Offers support for contractor’s use of Procore
- First contact for issues with the software systems
- Runs reports and audits on system functionality and usage
- Sets software permissions
- Assist system coordinators as needed with daily tasks such as contracts, invoices, etc.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's Degree; Experience In Lieu of Education
