Overview
Position can be based out of Champaign, Bloomington, or Peoria.
The Strategic Communications Program Executive is responsible for directing the communications strategy to advance key business initiatives. This includes developing comprehensive communications plans, composing purposeful messaging, and advising business leaders on optimal channels to effectively reach intended audiences. Additionally, this role manages initiative communication calendar tracking, enforces platform and channel standards, oversees communication tools, and leads overall channel governance. A core aspect of this position involves providing strategic leadership for the Carle Health employee communications platform.
Responsibilities
o Using data and analytics to optimize performance, inform content strategies, guide enhancements, and provide actionable insights.
o Leveraging employee attributes to personalize and automate content delivery.
o Guiding the rollout of campaigns, and communication initiatives.
o Resolving issues and evaluating new solutions to improve communication efficiency and effectiveness.Other duties as assigned.Strategic Thinking: Ability to anticipate trends, identify challenges, and devise solutions that advance initiative objectives. Innovative Problem-Solving: Delivers creative approaches to overcoming communication barriers and engaging diverse provider populations. Strong communication skills: Ability to articulate platform capabilities and communicate effectively with internal teams. Monitor and assess communication effectiveness, using analytics and feedback to refine strategies. Project management skills: Experience in executing projects, especially around content strategy, within established timelines.
