Overview
Responsibilities
Prioritize and coordinate work plans for timely project completion. Monitor outcomes of activities. Produce weekly reports of project status and cross-team impacts.
Conduct project work group meetings and provides direction to team members.
Acts as a project leader to determine, recommend and implement the most efficient system changes.
Ensure adequate testing and validation has occurred before any changes are submitted for move into production. Move validated changes into production according to established policies and procedures.
Assist in the development of an operational management plan after initial start-up. Provide on-going recommendations for improvement and system management.
Serve as a liaison between vendors, IT staff, other application analysts, management and end users pertaining to system functionality and design.
Serve as a project manager on specific tasks or initiatives.
