Overview
Responsibilities
| Provides counseling services to patients in the Behavioral Health department
|
| Serves as a liasion between masters level clinicians and leadership
|
| Participates in the recruitment process for new masters level clinicians
|
| Assists Clinical Manager in ensuring clinicians meet quality expectations
|
| Provides regularly scheduled supervision to assigned team members
|
| Assists in training and onboarding new masters level providers
|
| Identifies clinical development needs of clinicians to Clinical Manager
|
| Identifies factors impacting patient outcomes and collaborates with Clinical Manager to support improvements
|
