Overview
Responsibilities
Facilitates relocation of new Professional Staff and APPs. Completes requirements for pre-hires of Professional Staff and APPs, i.e., obtaining necessary documents, I-9 completion, scheduling pre-employment physicals, obtaining security access/badges. Schedules for and conducts onboarding/orientation sessions. Orders, assembles and distributes new provider welcome kits .Provides follow-up to new staff by conducting check-ins and on-boarding surveys. Processes immigration paperwork as directed by Manager - Provider Services and external legal council. Assists Manager - Provider Services with recruitment efforts for Professional Staff/APP leaders. Supplements activities of Recruitment Services Specialists as needed
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's Degree: Related Field; Experience In Lieu of Education
- Previous experience in recruiting, marketing, personnel, customer services or related activities preferred. Understanding of healthcare and medical environment helpful. Some computer experience preferred.
