The Sr Accountant CRIS is responsible for managing the financial operations of the organization, ensuring its financial health and sustainability. This role oversees all financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and compliance requirements. The Senior Accountant reports to the Carle Corporate Manager of Finance/Reporting Grants and Corporate Entities. This position also works closely with the Executive Director and CRIS Health Aging Board of Directors to develop and implement financial strategies that support the organization's mission and goals.

Responsibilities
Candidates should possess strong communication, organizational, analytical, technology and problem-solving skills including effective knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and Uniform Guidance codes. The position requires a high degree of professional collaboration in a team environment including project management skills. Must have the ability to analyze workflows, implement process improvements and complete tasks under stress with frequent interruptions. Must be able to create new reports in various mediums. Candidates will be proven self-starters that take initiative and work independently with little supervision.

Compensation and Benefits
The compensation range for this position is $29.22per hour - $50.26per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
