Duties Responsibilities Application Development Architecture • Lead the design and development of complex Java-based applications and services within a multi-tier architecture. • Define and support application architecture, design patterns, and development standards to promote consistency and maintainability. • Design and oversee integrations across enterprise systems using APIs and service-oriented approaches. • Support modernization initiatives, including transitioning legacy applications to modern frameworks such as React. • Ensure application scalability, reliability, security, and performance across all system components. Technical Leadership • Support and mentor developers, encouraging knowledge sharing and skill development across the team. • Facilitate code reviews and promote best practices for application development and system design. • Contribute to technology evaluation and selection in alignment with organizational goals. Collaboration Strategy • Partner with stakeholders to understand needs and help shape technical solutions. • Contribute to planning efforts and long-term application strategy.
