Duties & Responsibilities Monitors the utilization, allocation, and financial compliance of existing resources required to support OMI projects and initiatives, ensuring expenditures align with approved budgets, funding restrictions, and university/state policy. Develop, implement, and maintain internal audit policies and procedures while ensuring complete, accurate, and timely audit information is reported Responsible for developing and maintaining tracking and reporting tools to assess Compliance with applicable regulations Establish resource plans for OMI projects and operations to ensure OMI Leadership understands the resource commitment to achieve projects and initiatives. In collaboration with OMI Leadership, cultivate and maintain existing partnerships with University resources and OMI on behalf of HFS. Utilize creative problem solving and propose solutions to OMI leadership to achieve Unit goals and objectives through the innovative utilization of University resources. Scheduling and facilitating meetings between new or existing partners and OMI. Perform other duties as assigned.
