Manufacturing Operations Engineer - Cache Energy

As an operations engineer at Cache, you will get to lead the scaling and deployment of an unprecedented energy storage technology to market. You will be improving the performance of the existing energy storage unit and helping to build a 10x larger unit.

Responsibilities
- Lead testing, scaling and efficiency improvement of energy storage units
- Lead planning for manufacturing multiple commercial units
- Actively interact with customers, corporate partners and contractors to achieve the above.
- Work in a small, driven, collaborative team with a large amount of autonomy and ownership.
Qualifications
This is a hands on role. The ability to move fast and the knack for getting things done is necessary. An innovative mindset with prior experience in running pilot/commercial scale thermal or related processes is preferred but not necessary. 2+ experience in Chemical and Manufacturing industry is preferred. Understanding of electrical circuits and integration is preferred.
