AGCO Corp has an exciting opportunity for an **Acceleration Center Lead **to support the growth of the AGCO Acceleration Center at our University of Illinois – Urbana Champaign (UIUC) Research Park Office.

What you will do:

• Manage site operations including office maintenance, workstation support, and site finances/billing.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to create and complete student-led projects at the AAC that provide world-class development opportunities for the next generation of AGCO leaders.
• Recruit, hire, and coordinate interns; Responsible for conversion and retention rate of interns
• Engage and understand different areas of the AGCO business value chain including agricultural producers, equipment dealers, and internal team members to provide technical and business insight to faculty, entrepreneurs, and interns at the UIUC Research Park.
• Manage site operations and communications for the AGCO Acceleration Center.
• Recruiting, hiring, and managing interns for projects across AGCO.

What you will bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 1- 3 years of experience with internships or co-ops
• Proven interpersonal skills including the ability to translate complex agricultural topics into simple and accessible language for internal team members and interns.
• Autonomous, self-starter who can perform in a dynamic and fluid environment.

A plus if you have:

• Previous Research Park experience
