Position Description:
As a Software Engineer at PAR, you will join the Application & Platform (APT) team for Bridg, our Identity Resolution platform. This team owns our product UI, customer onboarding and activation experience, Snowflake data warehouse, and audience onboarding and measurement workflows.
You will contribute across the full software development lifecycle, including technical design, implementation, testing, deployment, monitoring, and ongoing support. In this role, you will work with engineering teammates and our partner teams such as product, sales, and customer success to build reliable, scalable software that delivers meaningful value to our customers.
We are a growing SaaS organization building cloud-native, data-intensive applications using AWS, Snowflake, Java, Python, and React. This role works heavily with external partner APIs, so you should be comfortable reading technical documentation, understanding a new API, and implementing against it. The ideal candidate is curious, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field

Strong object-oriented programming skills, with Java and/or Python preferred

Highly motivated, curious, capable learner

Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Additional skills:

Strong data skills, including SQL proficiency and working with structured datasets

Experience building cloud-based applications, with AWS preferred (EC2, S3, Lambda, EMR, RDS, Redshift)

Experience working with Snowflake

Experience integrating with third-party APIs (e.g., ad platforms like Google, Meta, or The Trade Desk, or data partners like LiveRamp), reading API documentation and implementing against it

Experience with Spring Boot is a plus

The base salary range for this position is commensurate with work location, experience, skills, certifications, education, and prior accomplishments. The position may be eligible for additional compensation, including a bonus, commission and/or equity, as applicable.
