    Process incoming mail, including electronic communicationsDevelop proficiency in financial accounting software, procure to pay software, and related databases.Process donations, cash receipts, accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and timely.Assist with annual financial audit and other regulatory monitors as needed.Maintain record keeping for W-9?s and insurance certificates.Maintain record storage system according to policy.Provide general office assistance such as copying, word processing, mail handling and filing.Assist with payroll time and record keeping functions.Assist with physical inventories and inventory reconciliation.

    Experience (minimum of two years) in an accounts payable and receivableExperience in an administrative office environmentNon-profit experience is a plusAbility to represent with professional poise and work effectively with a wide range of constituents. Microsoft Office proficient using Outlook and Word, highly skilled using Excel.Excellent organizational, time management and follow-through skills, able to handle multiple tasks.Strong attention to detail.Self-directed and results-oriented.Ability to communicate persuasively and articulately both verbally and in writing.
