Project Manager
Reports to: Owner / Operations Manager
The Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing construction projects from pre-construction through final completion. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to company quality standards, while maintaining excellent communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple residential and/or light commercial projects simultaneously.

Project Planning & Coordination
Develop and manage project schedules, timelines, and milestones
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal field staff
Conduct preconstruction meetings and jobsite walkthroughs
Ensure all permits, inspections, and approvals are obtained
Budget & Cost Control
Track project budgets, labor hours, and material costs
Review and approve subcontractor invoices and change orders
Identify cost saving opportunities without compromising quality
Prevent margin erosion through proactive oversight
