true team player who wants to master the art of PVC extrusion, use
precision measurement tools, and be the backbone of our manufacturing floor. ...

• Machine Operation:

Set up and operate PVC extrusion machinery, monitoring temperature,
pressure, and speed to ensure a perfect product.

• Quality Control:

Use calipers and micrometers to perform precise dimensional checks. If it
isn’t perfect, you’ll troubleshoot and adjust the settings.

• Material Handling:

Load pipes onto carts, strap/bundle finished products, and assist with raw
material loading.

• Logistics:

Safely operate a forklift to move materials and package finished goods.

• Maintenance:

Keep your station and equipment in peak condition through regular cleaning
and preventative care.

• Collaboration:

Work as a team player to meet production goals and help out
wherever the floor needs you most.


What You Bring to the Table:

• The "Swiss Army Knife" Attitude: You are someone who is happy to hop off the forklift

to help a teammate bundle pipe or clean a station.

• Technical Curiosity:

An extreme willingness to learn technical processes, mechanical
settings, and measurement math.

• Physical Stamina:

Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

• Reliability:

A high school diploma (or equivalent) and a rock-solid work ethic.

• Night Shift Schedule 7pm - 7am on a rotating schedule
• Day Shift Schedule 7am - 7pm on a rotating schedule

We value the "jump-in-and-help" mentality. You will be trained to operate
machinery, perform high-level quality checks, and handle materials. While
forklift operation is part of the job, your willingness to learn the
entire production process is what will make you successful here.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Machine Operation:

Set up and operate PVC extrusion machinery, monitoring temperature,
