We are seeking a receptionist to greet and serve our clients as the first point of contact when they call or visit the office. Punctuality, professionalism, and positivity are essential aspects of this position.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greeting clients and other visitors to the office
- Answering the main phone line and directing the calls to the appropriate party
- Sorting incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Operating postage machine and UPS shipping services
- Maintaining conference room calendars, admin staff calendars, and employee log
- Maintaining inventory of office supplies and ordering supplies as needed
- Managing kitchen cleanliness and supplies
- Ordering lunches for group meetings
- Perform other related tasks as directed by supervisor
