This dynamic role provides essential support across Accounts Receivable, Data Entry, and Logistics, ensuring the smooth financial and operational flow of the company. The ideal candidate is a meticulous and proactive individual responsible for processing payments, resolving discrepancies, accurately inputting customer orders, managing shipping logistics, and timely invoicing. This position requires a high school diploma with at least three years of accounting experience, or two years of technical education beyond high school with a minimum of one year of related accounting experience. Top candidates will demonstrate strong technical proficiency, particularly in Excel, possess excellent communication and listening skills, and be enthusiastic team players. A background in manufacturing is a significant plus.

Responsibilities:
Accounts Receivable support:
Post checks received from customers in Customer accounts immediately upon receipt.
Researches and solves payment discrepancies.

Data entry support
Receive and input customer purchase orders
Ensure accuracy of items & descriptions, quantities, pricing, billing, etc.
Confirm proper payment terms and shipping details ...
