About the Role

The Senior Project Manager will oversee the overall direction of large, complex, and/or multiple projects, leading and assembling high-performing project management teams. This role is responsible for planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution to ensure timely and cost-effective outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Managing the transition from estimate/pre-construction to construction, including design management when applicable.
• Safeguarding project bid positions.
• Ensuring all projects are completed in a safe, ethical manner and in compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Fostering a strong culture of safety, quality, and accountability.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience ensuring client satisfaction.
• 6+ years of successfully delivering projects on time.
• 6+ years of meeting or exceeding planned profit targets.
• 6+ years building and maintaining a strong safety culture.
• 6+ years developing quality assurance and control practices.
• 6+ years leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant prior industry experience.
