Responsibilities:
1. Leading and directing the start and finish of all cases.
2. Communicates follow-up with outsource partners.
3. Communicates case details and accurate work tickets with technical staff.
4. Communicates cases due with technical staff.
5. Communicates to Production Manager on late case issues.
6. Communicates with delivery staff on cases available to ship.
7. Communicates with Customer Service in resolving case information issues, turn-around time
issues, and hold status issues.
8. Create/Update Laboratory forms.
