Spherion Staffing is seeking a Test Proctor to join the Training Department team at a large aerospace facility in Everett and other locations! The Test Proctor will oversee standardized testing sessions and ensure a fair, secure, and compliant testing environment.

We’re looking for dedicated candidates who are flexible and open to working across 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shifts and willing to travel within the Everett to Puyallup area.

• Pay rate: $23/hour
• Mileage reimbursement is available for qualifying commutes beyond the closest work location—$0.70 per mile!
• Overtime opportunities available – earn $34.50/hour for extra shifts!
• Weekly pay through Spherion

The contract may be extended based on performance, and there’s potential for transition into a direct hire position if openings become available.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor students during standardized testing to ensure compliance with testing protocols.
• Prepare the testing area, including setting up materials and ensuring all equipment is functioning properly.
• Communicate clearly with students regarding instructions, rules, and any questions they may have during the testing process.
• Monitoring testing area by checking-in all participants, enforcing compliance guidelines within testing environment, replenishing classroom supplies, conducting pre-requisites and pre-work checks and post-session room cleanup.

What you'll need:

• Minimum of one year of experience in customer service.
• Technical aptitude with PC, able to help login and navigate through a variety of software applications, including Microsoft Excel.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently or as a team.
