Direct Sales Representative

The Direct Sales Representative is responsible for the direct sales of grain equipment products in a designated sales region, providing stellar customer service to new and existing clientele. Degree in sales and 3 years of sales experience preferred.

Salary $50k+/year DOE


  • Strategically promote and direct sell company products to new and existing customers
  • Make routine in-person and sales calls to farm businesses in your designated sales region
  • Complete all sales proposals accurately and present to customers in a timely manner
  • Continually communicate with existing customers, providing them with our new and existing products
  • Resolve customer issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build strong professional relationships and establish trust and rapport with customers
  • Attend business networking events and trade shows in your region to accumulate new leads
  • Re-service your existing client accounts periodically and systematically
  • Collaborate with management team to help identify sales opportunities and strategies
  • Routine travel to farm and commercial customers (must maintain an insurable driving record)
  • All other duties assigned

1-4 years


  • Associates or bachelor's degree in Sales preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales preferred
  • Experience in agricultural and or grain bins preferred
  • Ability to work independently and be a self-motivator
  • Organizational and communication skills a must
  • Computer skills (e.g. Microsoft products/Excel-Word-Outlook)
