We are looking for Bilingual Forklift Operators for our distribution clients in Raleigh, NC. We are looking for Forklift Operators that can work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment while demonstrating a focus on safe operations, accuracy, and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Pulling orders for customers and load orders onto our company delivery trucks
• You will perform picking and loading duties using a forklift
• Average work day is Monday Through Friday 40 to 50 hours per week
• Following all applicable safety rules and procedures
• Receiving incoming building materials and placing them into inventory
• Organizing and maintaining the warehouse for effective and efficient utilization of available storage space while also ensuring that all products can be quickly retrieved for shipment
• Pulling ordered material from inventory and staging it for pickups and deliveries
• Maintaining all products in a quality and marketable condition
• Keeping accurate inventory records
• Operating a forklift safely and efficiently and being able to handle heavy and awkward loads
• Estimating the weight of forklift loads so that the delivery vehicles are properly loaded and are not overweight
• Physically sorting through various products in order to remove defective material
• Responsibilities may include assisting with delivery of materials to customers or jobsites and delivery functions including unloading and staging of product at jobsites as assigned

Skills

• Ability to speak both Spanish and English fluently
• Experience in warehouse and distribution environments
