Seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to oversee and drive the success of a growing and established business. The ideal candidate will be a forward-thinking leader with a solid background focusing on responsiveness, safety, and building a reputation for excellent customer service. Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 5/6 PM (flexible based on operational needs)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve the company's long-term goals and objectives, including expansion, revenue growth, and market positioning.
  • Operations Management: Oversee and coordinate daily operations across all departments, ensuring efficient and effective processes, adherence to regulations and industry standards, and optimal resource allocation.
  • Financial Management: Manage financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and profitability analysis, to ensure the company's financial health and growth.
  • Personnel Management: Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team by providing guidance, coaching, and performance evaluations, as well as overseeing recruitment, training, and talent development initiatives.
  • Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service by establishing and maintaining service standards, addressing customer concerns, and fostering a customer-centric culture throughout the organization.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, explore potential partnerships or acquisitions, and develop strategies to expand the company's market share and revenue streams.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards, and implement effective risk management strategies to mitigate potential risks and protect the company's interests.
  • Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, partners, and regulatory authorities, to foster collaboration and support the company's objectives

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM


Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field; advanced degree preferred.




4-7 years


At least 5 years proven leadership experience in a senior management role.

Proven track record of driving operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and business growth.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.

Excellent financial acumen and experience in budgeting, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making.

Thorough understanding of safety regulations and industry best practices.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs.
