In this role you will oversee all aspects of commercial cleaning equipment repair, maintenance, installation, and training for autoscrubbers, extractors, burnishers, vacuums and more. You support sales staff with equipment knowledge, accompany them for demonstrations,write service contracts, and service chemical injection systems.
Schedule: 8 hour shift with daytime hours. Must be able to work at multiple locations.
Salary Range: $45,000 - $60,000
Benefits: 401(k), 401(k) matching, health insurance, life insurance, paid time off

Responsibilities:
Essential Functions:
Oversee machine repair, chemical injection system maintenance/repair/installation
Provide equipment support to sales staff for new sales and service contracts
Maintain accurate service records, inventory, allocate parts/equipment
Quote, sell and perform preventative maintenance contracts
Schedule services, demos, provide hands-on customer training
Deliver excellent customer service to clients, sales teams, walk-ins
Other duties as assigned
