- Distribute and collect invoices for approval and payment ...

- Maintain credit cards and petty cash

Accounts Receivable Functions include but not limited to:
- Manage receivables
- Prepare deposits
- Collect outstanding accounts receivable
- Reconcile discrepancies as they arise

- Prepare bank statements

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
* Prior experience with accounting software such as: Quickbooks, Beanworks and/or Quadient
* Demonstrates great attention to detail, accuracy and confidentiality
* Exceptional customer service
* Experience working independently as well as in a team environment

Education:
Associate

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
- Minimum of two (2) years experience in either Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Associate degree in accounting or relevant field
