Who we're looking for:

Colorfil is looking for an energetic and fun Social Media Community Manager. We're seeking someone to act as the liaison and social media between Colorfil, the brand, and its audience online and in person. They act as the brand's voice, tone, and moderator through community support, content distribution, and digital engagement.

In this exciting role, you'll report directly to the Head of Marketing, working together to create fun and engaging content, nurture our online community, help spread the word about our unique product, and support our aggressive sales goals. Responsibilities:

• Maintain, develop, and optimize Colorfil’s existing social media platform strategies, including establishing a new presence on emerging platforms.
• Create and execute social media content (photos, videos, copy) across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube)
• Publish and schedule content through social media management platforms and own the content calendar; identify optimization opportunities and apply them to the publishing cadence.
• Monitor social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok) and engage with followers authentically, platform-specifically, and within the established brand tone of voice.
• Responsible for cultivating a community across a brand’s social channels and acting as the community’s needs and interests expert. This also includes building and cultivating a community of influencers.
• Stay current with social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices and apply them to optimize Colorfil’s social media strategy.
• Monitor and proactively increase social traffic, growth, and engagement performance across all social channels.
• Develop monthly social media performance reports that include actionable insights and learnings.

Ideal Experience:

• 3+ years’ experience conceptualizing and executing campaigns at an agency and/or for DTC brands.
• A passion for social media and internet culture and a love for the fast-paced nature of social.
• Experience creating content, including graphic design and writing in both short and long form.
• Familiarity with graphic design (Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, etc.) and smartphone video editing apps (e.g., CapCut) is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated body of work across digital and social.
• A combination of analytical skills, curiosity, and a strong interest in people.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be comfortable and confident in front of the camera.
