Position Purpose:
To facilitate, integrate, coordinate, and direct all treatment actions as prescribed in the treatment philosophy, agency goals, and objectives for Rosecrance. Provide and monitor continuity of program services in an ethical, legal, and moral manner within a safe and therapeutic environment, consistent with applicable regulatory and accreditation standards.
Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related health field
• LHPA DMH Designation within the first 12 months of hire.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in mental health programming or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience, and two years of supervisory experience.
• Comprehensive understanding of Mental Health (i.e., DHS, Rule 132, Benefits and Entitlements).
• Proficient in DSM-IV-TR
• Ability to present and coordinate seminars, training, and lectures for referral sources and community resources.
• Excellent oral, written, interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently, in addition to as a member of an effective development team.
• Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite
Responsibilities:
1. Work scheduled hours and any additional hours deemed necessary by leadership. Some variation in scheduled hours may be required to meet company needs.
2. Directly oversee the treatment program, referral and admission services, evaluation, and all aspects of their operation.
3. Must be available to respond to emergency situations within a reasonable timeframe.
4. Supervise the Behavioral Health Urgent Care Team, including orientation, training, regular supervisory meetings and/or feedback, scheduled evaluations, and disciplinary interventions as required.
5. Ensure overall agency compliance with TJC standards and DHS, Medicaid, DCFS, and other regulatory regulations and requirements.
6. Review and evaluate incidents within the program.
7. Supervise maintenance of client service records.
8. Represent agency to outside organizations.
9. Maintain a reporting procedure for leadership regarding youth program services, assigned projects, and/or other duties.
10. Exhibits actions and makes decisions that align with the Rosecrance Code of Conduct and within the framework of the law.
11. Serve as a member of the team, and participate in all team meetings, duties, and activities as assigned.
12. Serve as a role model to others and demonstrate excellent company stewardship.

19. Coordinate the efforts of all program areas within a single vision that advances the vision and mission.
20. Ensure implementation and compliance with regulatory standards for all service standards
21. Maintain professional licensure and certification, as applicable.
22. Prepares or facilitates grant proposals, requests for funding, contracts, and similar forms of participation with business partners and funding sources.
23. Support and promote the vision through participation in community or professional programs and events aligned with or useful to the promotion of vision, mission, beliefs, and values while promoting a positive image at all times.
24. Network with colleagues in the area on a cooperative and collaborative basis to advance the vision and mission.
25. Exercise confidentiality in keeping with the Code of Conduct and with the framework of the law.
26. Deliver exceptional customer service consistently to every customer.
27. Serve as a role model for other staff, clients, and customers, and demonstrate positive guest relations in representing Rosecrance
28. Assume other related responsibilities as delegated and assigned

- Hours: Mon-Fri 8:30am-5pm
- Shift: 1st
Work Location: Rosecrance Moreland – Champaign, IL
- Work Mode: Onsite
Compensation & Rewards
· Starting Pay (based on education, experience, and credentials)
- Starting Salary: $67,447.56 – Master’s – 1st-level license
· Incentives:

Additional Pay Enhancements in addition to Base Salary:
- Professional Certification (e.g., CADC, CRSS, or CPS): +$0.72/hour (equivalent of +$1,500 annualized)
