EAME Product Development Manager Biologicals

The Role

We are looking for an EAME Product Development Manager who can connect product, market, and field reality.

This role sits at the intersection of:

• Product validation
• Commercial execution
• Market prioritization
• Technical credibility

Also, location is flexible, preferred locations are South East Europe, Balkans & Türkiye

You will not just run trials.

You will help us understand where our products truly perform, which crops and countries matter most, and how to position our portfolio for long-term success.

What You Will Do

1️⃣ Validate & Challenge the Portfolio

• Test products in priority crops and markets
• Identify real strengths and real limitations
• Provide structured, data-based feedback
• Contribute to portfolio refinement decisions

We value honesty over hype.

2️⃣ Support Smart Market Selection

• Identify critical EAME countries and key crops
• Help prioritize where we focus — and where we don’t
• Support portfolio selection for specific market realities

This role requires strategic thinking, not just technical execution.

3️⃣ Enable Commercial Success

• Work closely with regional sales teams
• Support product positioning and value communication
• Provide technical backing in key customer discussions
• Help align expectations with biological realities

You must be comfortable speaking to both growers and commercial managers.

4️⃣ Build Technical Credibility

• Deliver trainings for internal teams and partners
• Represent Rainbow Bio at technical events and platforms
• Strengthen our image as a serious biological player

What We Expect

• 5–10 years experience in biologicals, advanced nutrition, or crop protection
• Strong exposure to EAME agronomy and key crops
• Experience working directly with growers and distributors
• Ability to translate technical understanding into commercial value
• Structured, disciplined, and data-driven mindset
• Comfortably operating in a global matrix organization
