JOB SUMMARY
Business Development & Growth
  • Solicit new business to increase sales volume and expand package distribution.
  • Develop and grow accounts across various channels, including on-premises, third-party, vending, and specialty markets.
  • Achieve financial targets including volume and margin growth, equipment throughput, and new vending/fountain placements.
  • Track new customer sales activity and identify growth opportunities.
Account Management & Customer Support
  • Build and maintain long-term partnerships with assigned non-retail strategic customers.
  • Assist customers with onboarding on our ordering portal and support initial orders and setup.
  • Review contracts regularly, ensure documentation is current, and manage renewal timelines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer-facing processes and enhance value.
Reporting & Administration
  • Complete a daily report for the VP of Sales & Marketing, detailing new account visits, customer interactions, and volume increases.
  • Ensure all new customer paperwork and contracts are accurately completed and submitted.
  • Work with the Franchise Area Manager to secure funding, manage marketing reimbursements, and complete quarterly Grand Slam reporting.
Marketing, Promotion & Community Engagement
  • Execute promotional programs and marketplace initiatives in assigned accounts to maximize brand performance.
  • Assist with company sponsorships and community events—such as parades, festivals, and other brand visibility opportunities.
Operational Coordination
  • Coordinate with the service manager to ensure proper equipment placement and operational efficiency.
  • Work closely with all sales department personnel to support promotions and brand initiatives across the market.

Work Schedule
  • Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
  • Weekday holidays require work except:
    • New Year's Day
    • Memorial Day
    • Fourth of July
    • Labor Day
    • Thanksgiving
    • Christmas
Pay
Training wages will start at $23 per hour. Once training has been completed and you have assumed all job responsibilities, your position will be re-classified to exempt with a bi-weekly wage of $1,840 or $47,840 per year.
Bonus
Once the training period is complete, the position is eligible for a performance-based bonus of $20,000, paid out annually.

REQUIREMENTS
  1. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field is preferred.
  2. Minimum five years’ sales experience in a fast-paced environment.
  3. Requires a strong and current record of new business development, business planning skills and account development expertise.
  4. Ability to gain organizational alignment to deliver against customer needs.
  5. Ability to set goals, establish plans, prioritize, and organize efforts to execute and meet goals.
  6. Persuasive and diplomatic communication skills. Strong negotiation skills.
  7. Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish)

  5. Must possess a valid state Driver’s License and maintain personal auto insurance with all DMV, medical and legal clearances to provide for and allow use of said license.
Drivers with any of the following are ineligible for hire or continued employment because they will be declared as uninsurable by our insurance company:
  1. License suspended or revoked in the last 3 years.
  2. Alcohol-related conviction (DWI, open container, etc.) in the last 5 years.
  3. Vehicular homicide, assault, or manslaughter conviction.
  4. “Hit and Run” or “leaving the scene” conviction.
  5. Reckless driving conviction.
  6. Careless driving conviction.
  7. Financial responsibility filing.
  8. No valid license for state of residence.
  9. Speeding in excess of 20 mph conviction in the last 3 years.
