Job Title: Social Media Specialist

Reports to: Director of Marketing

Summary:

Pavlov Media is looking for an experienced Social Media Specialist or Social Media Program Manager to join our vibrant marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media tactics and strategy to enhance our online presence and drive our marketing and sales efforts.

Duties/Responsibilities:

· Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy.

· Define key social media KPIs such as engagement rate and conversion rate.

· Manage and oversee social media content.

· Measure the success of every social media campaign using specific metrics.

· Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.

· Use social media marketing tools such as Hubspot, Hootsuite and Buffer.

· Attend relevant educational conferences to stay ahead in the industry.

· Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing.

· Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and other teams.

· Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization strategies.

· Build a strong network with industry professionals and influencers on social media.

· Provide constructive feedback to internal teams to continuously improve content.

· Embrace additional tasks as they arise to support the overall marketing strategy.

Desired Skills:

· 2-4 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role. OR

· 5-7 years of experience for the Social Media Program Manager role

· Expertise in using social media for brand awareness and performance measurement.

· Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, and other social media best practices.

· Strong understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.

· Experience in audience and buyer persona research.

· Proficient understanding of social media KPIs.

· Familiarity with web design and publishing.
