A successful candidate will be 21 years of age or older, able to work in a very fast-paced environment as we continue to grow and expand. Must be motivated, trustworthy, and able to operate both independently and within a team environment.

This position is for the Central Illinois market, meaning there will be events in both Peoria and Urbana-Champaign.

Responsibilities:

• Be the companies charismatic ambassador, initiating engaging interactions with individuals and potential customers in public spaces, events, and high-traffic areas, showcasing our brand, products, and services.
• Utilize your persuasive skills to effectively communicate the value and benefits of our offerings.
• Master our products and services to convey their features, benefits, and unique selling points with confidence.
• Provide accurate information and address inquiries from potential customers.
• Distribute promotional materials like flyers, coupons, and branded merchandise to attract and engage potential customers.
• Craft memorable experiences through interactive activities, games, or captivating demonstrations.
• Represent the brand at diverse events, trade shows, fairs, and festivals across various locations, requiring occasional travel.
• Set up and manage visually appealing promotional booths or areas to attract and captivate attendees.
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure messaging and promotional materials are cohesive.
• Foster positive relationships with event organizers, local businesses, and community members to enhance brand visibility.
• Share valuable feedback and insights from the field to enhance overall marketing strategies.
• Additional duties and or responsibilities as assigned by leadership.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; college education in marketing, communications or related field a plus.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic understanding of marketing principles and brand representation.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and attend various events as needed.
• Physical stamina for standing and engaging in outdoor activities for extended periods of time.
• Must be 21 years of age or older
