NoshBox is a food marketplace and restaurant SaaS platform rebuilding the local food economy. We didn't just build NoshBox. We needed it. As students and busy professionals, we were tired of eating well feeling like a negotiation: the checkout math, the apps you scroll and quit, the fees stacked on a simple meal. Independent restaurants were stuck on the other side of the same broken deal, giving up big cuts to fill slow hours and guessing at demand they couldn't plan around. So we built the fix. For diners, NoshBox is an easy way to eat from the local kitchens you love and pay less than you expect, all pickup, with nothing sneaking onto the bill. For restaurants, it's demand you can see coming: order counts and payouts you can plan the week around, loyalty that pays upfront, and first-timers who turn into regulars. It runs on four simple products, Flash Deals, Mystery Boxes, Passes, and Plans, backed by a platform that organizes operations and predicts demand. Better planning creates real savings, and those savings reach the people eating. We're not here for our slice of the pie. We're here to make the whole pie bigger. When eating out costs less, people do it more, kitchens stop cooking for empty rooms, and the local economy grows. We're building toward a world where everybody eats, and good food never ends up in the trash. Built in Champaign–Urbana, backed by the iVenture Accelerator and the City of Champaign, and developed hand in hand with local restaurants.
