SUMMARY
The Niemann Harvest Market Donut Fryer duties include providing high quality donuts and pastries. The Donut Fryer is responsible for the execution of the donut/pastry plans laid out by the Bakery Manager and working in a safe manner while fostering the Niemann Harvest Market culture
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Delivers superior guest service and ensure absolute customer satisfaction
- Learns and uses the three E’s: Engagement, Educate, Empowerment
- Reads and follows recipes and formulas
- Scale raw ingredients
- Cuts, braids and fries donuts
- Ice and decorate donuts
- Displays or packages product
- Uses all equipment needed to produce goods
- Responsible for the organization, cleaning and inventory of work station.
- Follow all Health Code guidelines
- Work within company programs, policies and procedures
- Promote and support established programs
- Follows safety policies and procedures; is a safety role model
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor
