SUMMARY

The responsibilities of the Bagger is to package each customer’s purchases so that they can be transported safely and easily between the store and the customer’s home. Baggers also respond to complaints with genuine concern, learn about our Producers and Makers and assist the Customer Service Manager in creating a positive store atmosphere for customers and a positive working environment for Associates while fostering the Niemann Harvest Market culture.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Delivers superior guest service and ensure absolute customer satisfaction

  • Learns and uses the GUEST program
  • Greet Customers. Be sincere

  • Packages customer purchases with care and in an organized fashion
  • Keeps work station and surrounding area clean, organized and well stocked
  • Retrieves shopping carts from the parking lot
  • Removes debris from carts
  • Performs fixed activities as assigned by supervisor
  • Follows all store and department policies and procedures.
  • Follows safety policies and procedures; is a safety role model
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor
