Job descriptionNeverman Floor Artisans is a rapidly expanding retail flooring firm located in Central Illinois. We are searching for energetic and positive people to join our team. Interior designers & experienced retail associates are encouraged to apply!Responsibilities· Greet & interact with retail clients and guide the flooring material selection process and provide an overall positive experience· Compile material costs and estimates· Create, & send project proposals· Initiative to follow up with clients and close the sale· Create and maintain customer relationships· Create and maintain job files· Perform project management duties from start to finish· Monitor job progress and profits· Meet and exceed sales goals· Develop new clients· Meet with clients as needed after hours or onsite· Manage multiple projects at once· Maintain showroom & display racks for proper presentationRequired skills:· Positive attitude· Self-starter· Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize· Be coachable· Proficient computer skills including, word, excel, & OutlookDesired Skills & Experience:· Interior design· Marketing & Advertising· Knowledge of flooring products and systems· Good communication skills· Integrity and professionalism· Previous construction experience· Previous estimating & take off experienceCompensation based on experienceJob Type: Full-timePay: $35,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year
