Job descriptionNeverman Floor Artisans is a rapidly expanding retail flooring firm located in Central Illinois. We are searching for energetic and positive people to join our team. Interior designers & experienced retail associates are encouraged to apply!Responsibilities- Greet & interact with retail clients and guide the flooring material selection process and provide an overall positive experience- Compile material costs and estimates- Create, & send project proposals- Initiative to follow up with clients and close the sale- Create and maintain customer relationships- Create and maintain job files- Perform project management duties from start to finish- Monitor job progress and profits- Meet and exceed sales goals- Develop new clients- Meet with clients as needed after hours or onsite- Manage multiple projects at once- Maintain showroom & display racks for proper presentationRequired skills:- Positive attitude- Self-starter- Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize- Be coachable- Proficient computer skills including, word, excel, & OutlookDesired Skills & Experience:- Interior design- Marketing & Advertising- Knowledge of flooring products and systems- Good communication skills- Integrity and professionalism- Previous construction experience- Previous estimating & take off experienceCompensation based on experienceJob Type: Full-timePay: $35,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year
