Job descriptionNeverman Floor Artisans is a rapidly expanding commercial flooring firm located in Central Illinois. We are searching for energetic and positive people to join our team. As one of our project managers you will interact with Architects, Designers, Contractors, and end users in addition to our team.Responsibilities:- Interpret construction documents and perform material take offs- Compile material costs and estimate- Create and send project proposals- Initiative to follow up with clients and close the sale- Create and maintain customer relationships- Create and maintain job files- Perform project management duties from start to finish- Monitor job progress and profits- Meet and exceed sales goals- Develop new clients- Meet with clients as needed- Manage multiple projects at onceRequired skills:- Positive attitude- Self-starter- Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize- Basic understanding of construction documents- Proficient computer skills including, word, excel, & Outlook- Previous estimating & take off experienceDesired Skills:- RFMS experience- Measure take-off software experience or similar- Ability to grow sales through relationships- Knowledge of commercial flooring products and systems- Interior design skills- Good communication skills- Integrity and professionalism- Previous commercial flooring experienceCompensation based on experienceJob Type: Full-timePay: $45,000.00 – $70,000.00 per yea
