Zekelman is seeking a dynamic Vice President, Sales for our Atlas Tube division. This role is fully remote and will report directly to the President of Atlas Tube.
Job Summary:
The Vice President of Sales is responsible for developing and executing the company’s sales strategy to drive revenue growth, market share, and customer satisfaction. This executive leader will oversee all sales operations, including business development, account management, and strategic partnerships, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall goals and financial targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to deliver consistent performance and professional growth.
- Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and emerging trends to expand market reach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to align go-to-market strategies and improve customer experience.
- Forecast sales performance, monitor metrics, and provide regular updates to the executive team.
- Establish pricing strategies, sales policies, and incentive programs to maximize profitability.
- Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and major customer meetings.
- Use data-driven insights to guide decision-making and continuously improve sales processes and tools.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, ethics, and legal requirements in all sales activities.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, including managing large teams and multi-region operations. Experience in the steel industry is preferred.
- Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, including across USA & Canada.
- Understanding of reporting and forecasting market trends.
Sales & Communication Skills
- Effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Skilled in identifying client needs and aligning them with HSS solutions
- Supports marketing and the development of technical content, including case studies
- Work closely with sales on product support
- Work closely with sales on project specific pursuits

The compensation for this role is $225,000 - $265,000 plus bonus.
