About the Role
As a Junior ERP Business Analyst at Z Modular, a division of Zekelman Industries, you will support the optimization of our business processes through documentation, analysis, and system improvements. In this entry-level role, you will gain hands-on experience with ERP systems—specifically Microsoft Dynamics 365 (or similar)—and contribute to process efficiency initiatives that save time and reduce waste across the business. This role requires strong attention to detail, curiosity to learn, and a willingness to collaborate with multiple teams.
You will work closely with senior analysts and the VP of IT, assisting in gathering requirements, testing improvements, and creating user documentation. This is an on-site position located in Chandler, Arizona.
This role is perfect for someone who is motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn new technologies and business concepts in a team-focused environment. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States now and in the future without the need for sponsorship.
What You’ll Do
Documents current ERP system processes and procedures to support efficiency and accuracy.
Assists in identifying opportunities for process improvement and time savings.
Creates process documentation, workflow diagrams, and user guides.
Supports ERP process enhancements by coordinating testing, gathering feedback, and updating documentation.
Prepares and delivers training materials and sessions for ERP users.
Participates in requirement-gathering meetings under the guidance of senior analysts.
Learns and applies ERP best practices to streamline business functions.
Performs other duties as assigned by senior staff and leadership.
Who You Are
Interest in business systems, process improvement, or enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions.
Advanced Excel user with strong analytical skills.
Exposure to ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar) is a plus.
Experience with process documentation tools (Visio, Lucidchart, Microsoft Word) is helpful.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Willingness to learn new technology and business concepts in a collaborative environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
Recent graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
