Job Title: Farm CSR Underwriter

About the Role: Join our Ag Department as a Customer Service Representative, where you'll play a key role in supporting our clients, primarily in the farming community. You'll manage a book of business, help clients with their insurance needs, and provide top-notch service. What You'll Do:

• Client Support: Be the go-to person for our farm clients. You'll help them with everything from completing applications to reporting claims. Whether in the office or out in the field, your role is to ensure our clients feel supported every step of the way.
• Policy Management: Handle the servicing of existing policies, quote new business, and help round out accounts. Your goal is to make sure every client has the coverage they need.
• Claims Assistance: When clients need to file a claim, you'll guide them through the process, review their coverage, and ensure everything is handled smoothly from start to finish.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments and assist in training new team members. You'll be part of a supportive team environment where your contributions make a difference.

What We're Looking For:

• Insurance Expertise: You must hold a property and casualty insurance license and understand coverages, underwriting, claims, and premium billing.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, as is a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
• Sales Savvy: You should have proven sales skills and enjoy helping clients find the right solutions.
• People Person: Great people skills are a must—you'll be interacting with clients, colleagues, and companies regularly.
• Tech-Savvy: Basic typing skills and the ability to navigate our computer systems are required. You'll also need to be committed to ongoing learning in the insurance field.

Your Daily Responsibilities:
