| Litania Sports Group Job Description Title: Customer Service Representative Department: Customer Service Reports to: Customer Service Manager Supervises: N/A FLSA status: non-exempt, hourly Job Summary Ambassador of high-quality athletic facility equipment to oversee the relationships of the company with its most important clients. Responsible for obtaining and maintaining long term key customer by comprehending their requirements. Most communication is primarily by telephone and e-mail assisting to place orders or resolve questions with brands sold under the Litania Sports Group umbrella. This position is in a FAST-PACED office. Answer up to 15+ calls per hour while also doing data entry. Qualifications

Marginal responsibilities Other duties as assigned Psychological Considerations Must be able to work well with others as a team member Must be able to work with employees at all levels of the company Must be able to maintain an approachable demeanor even in stressful situations Environmental Considerations Work activity is indoors in a controlled environment Heavy telephone interaction with customers Long periods of sitting at a computer terminal using a keyboard are required Occasional walks through manufacturing area include exposure to temperature extremes Occasional customer visits and associated travel (<10%). Cognitive Considerations Must be willing and able to expand knowledge base Physiological Considerations Standard office work sitting at a computer terminal and using a keyboard and telephone headset Litania Sports Group promotes a team environment.
