JSM Living is seeking an experienced Leasing Supervisor to support and lead our Residential Leasing team. This role is ideal for a leasing professional who enjoys mentoring others, managing day-to-day operations, and contributing to leasing performance across multiple communities.

What You’ll Do

Leasing Operations

• Manage daily leasing activities across all JSM communities, including lead response, tours, prospect follow-up, lease preparation, tenant records, and resident inquiries
• Oversee parking lease operations, including availability coordination, lease documentation, and assignment to Leasing Agents
• Assist with the management of keys, fobs, and garage remotes through accurate recordkeeping, issuance, and distribution
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies

Team Leadership & Administration

• Supervise Leasing team members, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management
• Partner with the Director of Leasing & Residential Services and Human Resources on staffing, training, and corrective actions
• Assign and monitor daily lead management and perform regular audits related to tours, leasing activity, and parking
• Prepare leasing reports and track departmental KPIs

Collaboration & Marketing

• Support local marketing efforts by developing creative strategies to increase awareness of JSM communities
• Prepare touring and move‑in materials in collaboration with the Marketing team
• Work closely with Operations, Maintenance, IT, and Resident Services
  
  

What You’ll Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of residential leasing experience
• Experience training, mentoring, or leading leasing staff
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software
• Lease-up experience and Entrata experience are a plus

Schedule & Availability

• Full-time (40 hours per week minimum)
• Saturday availability required
• Overtime may be required during peak leasing periods

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly starting rate - $20 - $26 hour
