The Staff Accountant assists in the completion of the daily operations of all accounting activities. The essential functions for this position are listed below.

• Complete bank, credit card, and notes statement reconciliations for all entities
• Prepare general ledger entries
• Preparation and filing of Parking and Sales Use tax
• Manage accounts receivable collections
• Record payroll activities
• Manage and review accounts payable for various entities
• Maintain and manage the inventory system
• Support month-end and year-end close process
• Various other accounting-related projects, as assigned

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in accounting or other relevant field of study
• Minimum of 2 years of professional accounting experience
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial statement preparation
• Experience with accounting and bookkeeping software
