This role is about more than cooking food. It’s about executing consistently in a fast-paced kitchen while maintaining quality, cleanliness, and teamwork.
We’re looking for kitchen staff who can work efficiently, follow standards, and support a high-functioning back-of-house operation.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare, cook, and present menu items according to company standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen at all times
- Follow all food safety, handling, and hygiene procedures
- Work safely with kitchen equipment and report maintenance or safety issues
- Complete opening, closing, and shift-based tasks as required
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth service
- Support team operations during high-volume periods
What You Bring
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliability, accountability, and strong work ethic
- Good communication and willingness to take direction
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and peak shifts
- Prior kitchen or food handling experience preferred, but not required
